enXco Service Corporation has signed an "Operations and Maintenance Agreement" with Chevron Global Power Company, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc., for the Casper Wind Power project in Wyoming. enXco will provide commissioning assistance during construction, on-site O&M for the 11 wind turbines and the balance of plant during the first five years of operations.
